Gordon C. Scott
Gordon Scott is a senior technology and operations professional with more than 35 years of experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and IT service delivery. He currently serves as Manager of IS Service & Delivery at the Auto Club of Southern California, where he directs cross-functional product teams responsible for human capital management, customer communications, and enterprise content platforms. His leadership has enabled large-scale modernization initiatives, operational efficiencies, and digital-first member engagement strategies across a complex, multi-state organization.
Over the course of his career, Gordon has guided technology teams through strategic initiatives spanning HR systems, membership platforms, big data analytics, and insurance operations. He has extensive experience in governance, vendor and contract management, and agile delivery frameworks, ensuring alignment between technology investments and business objectives.
Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology and has been recognized with multiple leadership and innovation awards. He is known for building high-performing teams, driving enterprise resilience, and providing strategic oversight at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience.
