Requirements of a C.O.R.K. Membership

There are two levels of membership in our organization. Each has distinct requirements for each individual member to maintain their active membership.

Active Membership
- This level of membership requires a commitment of time, energy and finances to support the objectives and purpose of the organization
  - Agrees to and signs the membership agreement
  - Submission of the annual assessment within 30 days of the due date
  - Agrees adhere to the Code of Ethics associated with the C.O.R.K. Membership Agreement
  - Maintains a level of activity in C.O.R.K. activities and meetings in accordance with the Membership Agreement
  - Provides a level of expertise and experience to the organization in accordance with the Membership Agreement and the individual's role in the organization
  - Registers their vote in 66% of election and major decision actions of the organization within a fiscal year
Affiliate Membership
- This level of membership requires a commitment of time, energy and finances to support the objectives and purpose of the organization
  - Agrees to and signs the membership agreement
  - Submission of the annual affiliate assessment within 30 days of the due date
  - Agrees adhere to the Code of Ethics associated with the C.O.R.K. Membership Agreement
  - Maintains a level of activity in an advisory capacity in C.O.R.K. activities and meetings in accordance with the Membership Agreement
  - Provides a level of expertise and experience in an advisory capacity to the organization in accordance with the Membership Agreement and the individual's role in the organization
