With more than 40 years of leadership experience, Pastor Purcell has faithfully served in a variety of capacities as a servant leader, mentor, educator, counselor, and visionary. His extensive ministry and professional experience include serving as the Co-Founder of a successful Christian Education School and the Founder of No Limit International Ministries.
